Do I take supplements before or after training?

All LA Muscle supplements come with full instructions. LA Muscle supplements work very well and are not really that dependant on "when" you take them, as long as you take them!

If you are training, then usually taking your dose (or part of your dose) immediately before or after your training is best.

Protein is best taken after training. Creatine is best taken before and after. Male hormone boosters can be taken before and after. Fat burners can be taken at any time.
