 These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from this website.

 

 All prices are shown on the website in AUD.

If you are purchasing from New Zealand you will be automatically charged in NZD at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Paypal Express Checkout. This is the most secure method of payment available today. Please note you do NOT actually need a Paypal account to use this method of payment. You simply click 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' rather than logging into an existing Paypal account.

We also accept credit card payments through Payment Express who provide a certified gateway that facilitates 3D Secure electronic payments. The Payment Express gateway PCI DSS is certified by sysnet and uses industry standard 256-bit encryption verified by the Verisign Trust Network.

We NEVER store your credit card information at any time - even temporarily.

 

Returns / Money Back Guarantee

LA Muscle have been a global leader in the design and manufacture of award-winning supplements for over 20 years and the first company to offer a 100% money back guarantee. This means no risk to you. The following conditions apply.

 

Please note our guarantee does not apply to special promotional events such as (but not limed to) Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend and where discounts codes have been used.

 

However, while any claims made under this guarantee are rare, with LA Muscle being a sought after brand, any claims made are often from unscrupulous buyers. This means that there are certain conditions that must apply for this guarantee to stand and protect the rights of honest customers. This is not an attempt to avoid the guarantee but to ensure claims are made on a fair and reasonable basis.

 

  1. Product Sample Trial sized bottles are not included under the money back guarantee. These bottles are designed so that you can see if LA Muscle is right for you, prior to moving onto a full program.
  2. The maximum number of items that can be refunded (or replaced) by a single customer is one bottle. This requirement is to prevent customers ordering multiple products or stacks (multi product combos) and requesting a refund for all the products or placing separate orders and then trying to submit refund or replacement requests for each order separately at different times. Any returned products are thoroughly inspected upon receipt to ensure they match the information given at the time of return approval. Any additional products returned, or products sent in a different condition than described at the time of return approval cannot be refunded. We offer trial sized products so you can see if LA Muscle is right for you
  3. LA Muscle products start working and giving results quickly, but if you are not happy with your results you must notify us that you wish to return your product for a refund within the first 14 days of date of delivery. Once your return is approved you will need to return the balance of your product to our return address. No refund will be given in the instance that a product is not returned.
  4. Refunds will only be made to the payment method used for the purchase. This is done through our merchant platform which only allows us to refund with this method. We have no means of refunding an alternative payment method. In the event you have made a purchase using a pre-paid credit card, please be aware a refund cannot be guaranteed to one of these cards.
  5. The money back guarantee does not apply to special promotional events such as (but not limited to) Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, or Special Offer stacks with discounted pricing (including Pick & Mix deals), or where discounts codes have been used.
  6. Unopened items with the seal still in place can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase but will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Please note, if our fulfilment centre has already picked and packed your item the restocking fee will apply even if not dispatched as we are charged for locating, unpacking and restocking the item in the warehouse inventory and physical location.
  7. LA Muscle supplements are formulated to be the most effective supplements available today. We do not add fillers or artificially sweeten tablets or capsules as this could potentially inhibit their effectiveness, and they should be swallowed with food or water. Refunds will not be given based on a potential dislike of their taste.
  8. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behaviour towards our staff. Any orders will be cancelled and/or your refund rights will be forfeited if you threaten to or make unreasonable, defamatory or libelous remarks about LA Muscle or any associated persons or companies.
  9. Norateen XXX is NOT part of the LA Muscle Guarantee due to its high value. If you have ordered it, you cannot return it for a refund or exchange.

 

Shipping

All orders are dispatched the same day if received on or before 11:30am AEST (Mon-Fri). Orders received after 11:30am AEST will be dispatched on the next business day (Mon-Fri) to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible.

Priority Express
Shipments made using this service are delivered in 1-3 working days to the shipping address you specify at the time of order. We send you an email as soon as the item ships so you can track it your end and make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Note: Orders must be received on or before 11:30am AEST (Mon-Fri) to guarantee same day dispatch.

NOTE: From time to time, Priority Express may not be available if shipping performance availability is limited. 

Standard
Shipments made using this service are delivered in 5-12 working days to the shipping address you specify at the time of order. We send you an email as soon as the item ships so you can track it your end and make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Please note, shipments using the Standard option may be shipped nearer to the final delivery date using a faster delivery service. 

Economy
Shipments made using this service usually take up to 15 working days to be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of order. We send you an email as soon as the item ships so you can track it your end and make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Please note, shipments using the Economy option may be shipped nearer to the final delivery date using a faster delivery service.

Priority Express
Shipments made using this service are delivered in 1-5 working days to the shipping address you specify at the time of order. We send you an email as soon as the item ships so you can track it your end and make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Note: Orders must be received on or before 11:30am AEST (Mon-Fri) to guarantee same day dispatch.

NOTE: From time to time, Priority Express may not be available if shipping performance availability is limited. 

Economy
Shipments made using this service are delivered in 7-20 working days to the shipping address you specify at the time of order. We send you an email as soon as the item ships so you can track it your end and make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive it.

Deliveries to Parcel Lockers can from time to time experience delays. 

 

All items purchased from LA Muscle are sent fully tracked and are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to your shipping address using the shipping service you choose.

 

From time-to-time shipments may be sent with a signature requirement on delivery. This is based on live data about specific delivery areas and recent reports on delivery issues. This upgraded service is completely free of charge and is for the protection of your shipment to make sure you experience no issues receiving your purchase. If no-one is in at the time of delivery, the shipment will be taken to a nearby collection point where you can collect it at your own leisure or rearrange delivery at a convenient time.

 

Whilst the majority of all orders are delivered within the stated time frame, there can occasionally be delays with delivery services due to the current increased demand with online purchases (especially during the Christmas & New Year period) and during periods of localised inclement weather. If you experience an unexpected delivery delay, please get in touch and we will chase it up with the carrier to expedite your delivery. In the extraordinary circumstance your shipment appears to be lost by the carrier, we will expedite a replacement shipment out to you. Please note the carriers will only deem a shipment as 'Lost In Transit' if there have been no tracking updates for 21 days. If you believe your item has been lost, you must let us know within 14 days after the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation.

 

Whilst very rare, if a carrier experiences delays and your shipment is delayed by more than 48 hours after the last day of the delivery window, please get in touch and we will refund the delivery charge. Please note, carrier delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri) only. Please note we cannot offer any shipping charge refunds on delivery addresses that are PO Boxes.

 

Damaged Deliveries
All customer orders undergo strict quality control before they are shipped, to ensure packing, seals, lids and the containers themselves are free from damage or defect. Whilst rare, sometimes damage to deliveries can occur during transit as a result of carrier handling.

If you receive a damaged delivery, please follow these instructions:

1. Please notify us of a damaged delivery no later than 24 hours after the shipment was physically delivered to your destination address.

2. Where possible, please ensure the delivery driver logs the shipment as having been delivered in a damaged state, if they have not already done this or indicated at the time of delivery.

3. Please provide a detailed description of the damage along with photos of the damage itself.

4. In order for a replacement item(s) to be sent to you, the original damaged items will need to be returned for inspection so that we can raise a case with the carrier company and resolve this for you.

Once you have notified us of a damaged delivery, instructions will be given for next steps to resolve the issue.

 

Free Gift
From time to time, some free gift products may go out of stock due to demand. In these rare circumstances the free gift will either be dispatched as a separate shipment at a later date, or the product will be replaced with a similar product. 

 

Promotions, Offers & Loyalty Scheme
We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit any promotion or offer. Valid checkout promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes. Only one can be used per order. Please Note: we reserve the right to cancel any orders where abuse of any promotions is identified; for example, splitting an order up into multiple smaller orders in order to claim multiple free gifts or to use a checkout code on multiple occasions or to add multiple items to cart to redeem a special offer and then remove indiviual items to abuse the offer. Refund rights are automatically forfeited where promo code abuse has been identified along with cancellation of your LA Muscle account (including rewards points balance). Checkout Promo Codes that have been generated from loyalty points expire after 7 days.
