What exercises can I do to increase muscles alongside my supplements?

If you are taking any LA Muscle supplements to build muscle and get big, you can do the following to get the best results:

 

MONDAY
Chest = Bench Press
Shoulders = Overhead Press
Triceps = Triceps Pushdown, Close Grip Bench Press

TUESDAY - Rest

WEDNESDAY
Back = Barbell Rows, Lat pulldowns
Lower Back = Deadlifts

THURSDAY - Rest

FRIDAY or SATURDAY
Legs = Squats
Hamstrings = Stiff-legged deadlift
Calves = Calf raises

SUNDAY - Rest

 

Train hard and heavy, aiming to increase weight every week. Do 3 x 8-10 reps of your maximum weight with good form. Concentrate on contracting and on the negative rep. Drink lots of water.
